Privacy policy

This policy explains how Vizitum handles the personal data of people who leave a pilot request on this website. It does not cover the data customer teams enter into the platform itself, which we process under a separate agreement with the customer.

1. Who handles your data

The controller of your personal data is Ihor Kyianichenko, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, 21b Kashtanova St, Hatne, Kyiv Oblast, 08160, Ukraine. For any question about your data, write to support@vizitum.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form:

  • name and work email — required;
  • number of reps — optional;
  • company name, phone and a comment — optional.

We also process your IP address briefly, to limit the number of requests and guard against automated submissions. It is not stored with the request. The “are you human” check is run by Cloudflare Turnstile — it runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare the technical data that check needs.

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across other sites, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal. Technical error reports go to a monitoring service and do not contain what you type into the form.

3. Why we do it

To read your request, contact you and arrange a pilot. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the need to answer your request before an agreement is made. We do not sell your data or use it to advertise third parties.

4. Who receives it

The request reaches our team by email. For that, and to run the site, we use third-party services: an email service (Resend), Cloudflare (form protection) and hosting providers. They process data only to provide that service to us. Some of them are located outside Ukraine and the European Economic Area.

5. How long we keep it

The request does not enter the platform's database — it stays in the team's working mailbox. We keep it no longer than needed to talk about the pilot, and delete it sooner if you ask.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show what data of yours we hold, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time — which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority in your country.

7. Protection

Data travels over an encrypted channel (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to those who need it to handle them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
